Astrology Classes in Michigan

Crystal Moon introduced classes in two locations last fall. After just one semester, interest and enthusiasm have grown significantly, and “Practical Wisdom” has now been expanded into a series. Currently, Crystal Moon is the only service offering astrology classes in the metro-Detroit area. Attendance will be used to measure interest for regular, weekly sessions in the future.

Text Box: “PRACTICAL WISDOM” A Series of Classes on Astrology for Every Day Living A typical class in the Practical Wisdom series will introduce the major components of a natal chart, for understanding of the ancient symbolism and how it applies to the topic of discussion. Each session goes on to cover an area of life experience where this knowledge can then be applied to our benefit. However, these are discovery classes, and do not cover the fundamentals in depth. Instead, they offer a variety of helpful tips and practical uses appropriate for the novice student and anyone who might like some general knowledge before they decide to schedule a professional consultation. Classes may also feature a segment of special interest in relation to current events. Students will walk away with some “practical wisdom” which they can apply to their every day lives. Note: These classes are not predictive and are strictly for information and entertainment purposes only. Readings will not be given or discussed. Class size is limited to 12 students. Hand-outs will be provided, but you might want to take your own notes. As a courtesy, all students may request a copy of their own natal chart to refer to during class. There is no cost for this, however, your birth data must be provided in advance. After you have enrolled, please email the instructor with the exact date, time and location of your birth (as taken from your birth certificate). This is entirely optional and for personal use only — charts will not be shared with the class. For anyone who would prefer not to disclose their personal birth data, example charts will also be proved with the class materials for reference. ¨ PRACTICAL WISDOM

Learn to apply some basic astrology in your every day life, for personal awareness and better decision making. The science of planetary cycles can energetically influence us on a personal level in both positive and negative ways. A little astrological know-how can help us stay focused on the positive. This class is first in the series, and is recommended as a pre-requisite for “Timing is Everything”.

¨ TIMING IS EVERYTHING

The cycles of the moon have been used as a guide for growing and harvesting crops for centuries. This class applies the same principles to a broad spectrum of every day events, using the lunar phases and other planetary aspects to plan ahead for the best possible results. Students will learn how to read a celestial calendar and choose the best dates for gardening, starting new projects, dieting, job hunting, and more. Note: Pre-requisites are not mandatory; however for novice beginners, “Practical Wisdom” is strongly recommended prior to taking this course.
